When life gives you red cabbages…

follow the simplest recipe and make sauerkraut……

I harvested this medium sized cabbages on Sunday….I love the whole massaging the cabbage for a good ten minutes to release its juices….and fermented foods are good for you….and they taste great too…why not give it a go?…..dead easy I swear…three ingredients…..try it …you know you wanna….

I love mine with grilled meat or fish…even with salads…..

Next I want to try it with white cabbage and carrots…..
