Jump on the scales Monday…..

Another 800g in the right direction…I’m sticking to the 3 times a week exercise and no carbs…I’m meeting with my buddy at 8:00 am this morning to go for a run and some abs in the local park…I know really early but we both have busy days ahead and the park will be nice and quiet…Get in , do the sweating and get out…
